My latest book

I loved this book!



This book was on my Christmas wish list. In fact, several of Oprah's book club books were on my wish list. I got the books I wanted (thanks Nancy!) and I've been reading.

I was in the middle of another book when one day decided to start this one also. Now, that's not something I usually do, to read 2 at a time. That just gets to be too much for my attention span. I can't get into it as much. But, this particular time I started a 2nd book while not done with the 1st.

So, I got into the 2nd one and have not returned to the 1st one yet. Go figure. Anyway, I loved this book because I love the idea of Midwives. I think I would love to be a midwife. Or, I would have loved to have had a home birth with a midwife.

It took me quite a while to read this only because every stinkin' time I sat down at night to read a while I'd fall asleep. No kidding. In fact, tonight when I sat down to read Tim said "enjoy your nap" or something like that.

This book kept my attention the whole way through. And folks, let me tell you..the ending is awesome! I highly recommend this book.
