I love planting flowers. I love the end result of seeing a pretty flowerbed. After work this weekend Landon and I ran and bought a few flowers to plant. I had been itchin to do some planting and I had to at least do a few or it was gonna drive me nuts. Oh duh..I'm already nuts. Well, it was gonna drive me crazy. Oh duh...I'm already crazy too! Well then, it would drive me bananas. Ya. I'm not a banana. I'm not tall and yellow. Anyway, where was I? Oh ya, the planting. Here is a small start to my flowerbeds. Oh so pretty!
Funny story about this day......I did not recognize something growing but knew it wasn't a weed. My neighbor looked and said it was pumpkin. I forgot that we'd throw pumpkin seeds there when we cleaned pumpkins in October. Wow. The kids thought that was cool too. So, I dug them up and moved them to the backyard. We'll see how big they get. I think it's funny that they grew since that was not our intentions.
